Lulu Lemon Heist Leads To High-Speed Chase, Four Arrests In Delco: Police One man and three women were arrested following a police chase down I-95 in Delaware County on Monday afternoon, Feb. 12, according to troopers.  Police were called about a theft at the Concord Township Lulu Lemon around 1:45 p.m., authorities said in a release. The suspects had grabbed $5,000 in merchandise and absconded in a gray Subaru Legacy, state police said.  After a brief search, authorities spotted the Subaru heading east on Route 322 toward I-95, troopers wrote. Alert Issued For Missing 70-Year-Old DelCo Man Pennsylvania State Police are seeking the public's help locating a 70-year-old man who has gone missing from Delaware County. Roy E. Sojourner was last seen getting into an SUV at the intersection of Baltimore Pike and Cheyney Road in Concord Township on Saturday, March 12 around 10 a.m., police said. Police believe he may be at special risk of harm or injury or may be confused. Anyone with further information on his whereabouts is asked to contact 911 or the Pennsylvania State Police Media Station at 484-840-1000.
