Delco Felon Found With Gun, Drugs During Traffic Stop: Authorities A traffic stop in Delaware County led to firearm and drug charges last week, according to police.  A Darby police officer stopped a Ford F-150 with an expired registration around 2 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 21, the department said in a release.  While speaking with the driver, 47-year-old Edward Plumley of Aldan, the officer spotted "an open container of an alcoholic beverage" in the cupholder, authorities said.  After Plumley consented to a pat-down, the officer said he found a Ruger LCP .380 pistol in Plumley's waistband.
