PA Company Ranks #1 On Forbes' 'World's Top Female-Friendly Company' List The Keystone State may hold the key to making workplaces “female-friendly” according to a new list by Forbes with the assistance of Statista. In Forbes’ first ever list of it’s kind 85,000 women in 40 countries were surveyed about pay equity, parental leave as well as how companies handle marketing. For example, Statista also asked if the marking promotes “gender equality or perpetuates negative stereotypes?” Representation of women on company boards and at the executive level was also factored into the report but out of 300 companies, only 20 had female executives.
