Officer Falls 20 Feet Down Embankment Chasing Fleeing DUI Suspect In Chester County: Cops A police officer in Oxford Borough was hospitalized after falling 20 feet down an embankment during a foot chase on Wednesday, Sept. 20, according to authorities.  The officer pulled over 34-year-old Jaime Jimenez-Juarez on Niblock Alley around 3:45 p.m., the department said.  Jimenez-Juarez was wanted on a misdemeanor DUI warrant from state police, authorities said.  The 34-year-old gave over his ID, but fled on foot when the officer tried to arrest him, police said.  During the pursuit, the officer fell down a nearby hill and hit his head on a "hard surface," knockin…

Alleged Stalker Wanted Out Of Chester County Authorities in Chester County are seeking a man accused of stalking.  Sean T. Higgins, a 32-year-old from Philadelphia, is wanted on charges of misdemeanor stalking and harassment, Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police said in a release.  The charges stem from an alleged incident involving a Westtown resident on April 21, the department wrote.
