All Clear: Philly Water Safe To Drink And Unimpacted By Spill, Mayor Says Four days after a chemical spill into the Delaware River in Bucks County, municipal officials in Philadelphia say the city's tap water was unaffected.  Philly's tap water remains safe to drink and use, said Mayor Jim Kenney in an address late on Tuesday, March 28. Duo Dumped Chemicals On Berks Walmart Floor, Police Say Two men are wanted by police after authorities say they dumped chemical liquids on the floor of a Berks County Walmart.  The pair walked into the Tilden Ridge Drive store at about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, said Tilden Township police in a statement.  Once inside, the suspects walked around the store gathering "chemical items to include but not limited to bleach and motor oil," then dumped the liquids "all over the floors" before leaving in a silver car, the department said.  The mess created a hazard for shoppers and employees, police said, but no injuries were reported.  Walmar…
