Longawaited Charges Filed Against PA Police Officers In Killing Of 8-Year-Old Girl Murder charges have been withdrawn for two individuals accused of killing an 8-year-old girl at a Delaware County football stadium last summer, and instead, three local police officers are accused of manslaughter. A.J.
