Horse-Buggy Struck By Drunk Woman Across From Police Station In PA, Authorities Say A 60-year-old Coatesville woman has been arrested after she drunkenly crashed into a horse-and-buggy across the street from a police station in Lancaster County, police announced of Thursday, March 30, 2023.  Joyce Elaine Martin, "displayed signs of impairment" when the police come over to Shady Maple Smorgasbord to investigate the vehicle verse horse-and-buggy crash reported on March 10 at 5:50 p.m., according to the East Earl Township Police Department.  It is unclear if any person or if the horse was hurt in the crash. DUI PA Driver Flips His Car On Christmas: Police A 56-year-old man is facing charges for allegedly driving drunk and flipping his car at a Lancaster County intersection on Christmas Day, authorities said. Officers were called around 2:20 a.m. Saturday to the 600 block of West Main Street in New Holland Borough on a report of a one-car crash, local police said.
