Barricade Situation: Shots Fired At Active Scene In Philadelphia A gunman barricaded in a Philadelphia home brought a large police presence to the scene Monday, July 10, city police told Daily Voice on Monday morning.  Officers were called to the 4500 block of Bleigh Avenue in Mayfair just before 11 a.m. the department said.
