Liberians Driving From Ohio ID'd Following Serious Crash On I-81 In PA Two Liberian citizens have been identified following a serious two-vehicle crash along Interstate 81 in central Pennsylvania, authorities say. Dr. John E. McCarthy, 55,  was driving his mother-in-law Helen Weah, 70, in a 2018 Hyundai Electra traveling southbound from Ohio when they crossed over the grassy median for an unknown reason striking a 2018 Subaru Outback near mile marker 90 along the interstate in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, according to the release by state police and the family.
