PA Grocery Store Worker Stuck Needles In Food: State Police A juvenile employee at a Lehigh County grocery store is set to be charged after troopers say they put sewing needles in food items.  State police were called to the Giant at 7150 Hamilton Boulevard in Lower Macungie on Wednesday, April 19 for reported food tampering, they said in a release.  A customer had come to return items after buying them and discovering the needles, authorities wrote. The affected items, troopers said, included bagged vegetables and "individual Tastykake packaging."
