Card-Skimming Devices Found On Bucks Gas Pumps, Authorities Warn Card skimming devices that steal sensitive data have been found at two different gas stations in Bucks County, authorities revealed.  The discoveries come just days after five such devices were discovered across Montgomery County. Both skimmers in Bucks were discovered Monday, March 13, and found in Penndel Borough, police said in a statement.
