Boy, 5, Shot On Front Porch Of Philadelphia Home A 5-year-old boy who was shot standing on a front porch in Philadelphia was hospitalized Monday, April 25, authorities said. A gunman fired out of a vehicle from the highway, hitting the boy around 9:20 a.m., at a home on the 200 block of West Fisher Avenue, city police said. The boy was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital where he was stabilized. No arrests have been made. Schuylkill 911 and Pennsylvania State Police in Schuylkill Haven were called to a report of two young boys who had fallen in a frozen pond in the 40 block of Molino Road in Orwigsburg — West Brunswick Township, just after 5:30 p.m., the police write in the release.
