Semaj Richardson was found with a gunshot wound to the torso on the 1400 block of West Erie Avenue around 5:30 p.m., city police tell Daily Voice.
He was taken by police to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 5:53 p.m.
No weapon has been recovered and no arrest has been made. The investigation is active and ongoing with Homicide Detectives Division.
