Police responded to a threats complaint at Tinari Drive where a woman said that a man she knows, Austin Carter, refused to leave her driveway, Northampton Township police said.
When officers approached Carter, they saw the firearm leaning on the center console area, police said.
Carter was taken into custody on Feb. 3 and charged for persons not to possess a firearm, possessing instruments of crime, and harassment, police said.
