The attack happened just after 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15, authorities said. The duo, dressed in all black, were dropped off by a silver sedan on North Ithan Street.

They are then seen running up to a small crowd outside of a corner store on the intersection of Market and South 56th Streets, drawing semi-automatic handguns, and firing repeatedly before fleeing on foot.

Three people were struck and are listed in stable condition at "local hospitals" as of Friday, Feb. 24, the department said.

The silver sedan is believed to be a 2019 Volkswagen Passat, detectives noted. Anyone who can identify the car or the suspects is asked to call or text Philadelphia police anonymously at 215-686-8477 or visit the department's website
