Horse-Buggy Crash Sends 4 To Hospital: PA State Police Four people were hospitalized following a horse-and-buggy crash on Tuesday, Pennsylvania State Police say.  Pennsylvania State Police in Lancaster were called to the crash on Old Philadelphia Pike just east of Martin Road, at 9:53 p.m. on July 11, 2023.  A 2020 Ford Explorer driven by 41-year-old Bryce Taylor had been going west on Old Philadelphia Pike at the same time as the horse-and-buggy, according to the police investigation.
