Allen G. English, 84 of West End Avenue, Lititz Borough, and his daughter, Grace English-Rohrer of Pine Drive, Lancaster, were killed at the scene of the crash on PA Route 322. An officer noticed the unoccupied vehicle parked in the parking lot of Warwick high school on Friday around 11:46 p.m., according to the release by Lititz borough police.
