Palmyra Man ID'd After Head-On Lebanon County Crash (Update) A man has been identified following a head-on crash involving entrapment, the Northern Londonderry Township Police told Daily Voice on Tuesday.  Anthony Loewy, 65 of Palmyra, was driving north on Gravel Hill Road in North Londonderry Township when he was struck head-on by Jim Ondesko, 28, of Dauphin, township police told Daily Voice.
