The police were called to the scene of the two-vehicle crash on US Route 15 northbound, near the East Winding Hill Road exit, around 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, the department detailed in the release. Heart Issue Kills Driver On US Rt 15 In Central PA: Police One person has died following a crash on US Route 15 on Wednesday, according to Upper Allen Township Police. Donna Teeter, 82 of Mechanicsburg had a heart condition that led her to crash, according to Cumberland County Coroner Charles Hall.  The fatal single-vehicle crash happened on US Rt 15 near mile marker 39.7 around 2:50 p.m. on Dec. 6, according to township police. Upper Allen Township Police are searching for Chandler Hernandez, 25, of the first block of Cassatt Street in Enola, who is accused of providing drugs to a man who later died of an overdose on Sept. 18, 2020, according to a release by the department.
