Hotboxing Teen Drives Car On PA Highway With Stoned Woman Police Say A woman and a teenager hotboxed, or smoked marijuana in a car, and then the unlicensed teen drove on the highway and on main streets in Wormsleyburg, police say.  The teen committed a traffic violation on the Harvey Taylor Bypass and North Front Street, Wormleysburg on Valentine's Day just after 1 a.m., according to the East Pennsboro Township police.  The 24-year-old passenger, Miranda Joy Remata of Fayetteville, had allowed the 15-year-old to smoke and then drive the vehicle, according to the police.  Marijuana was also found on Remata, who had also been smoking, acco…

Unlicensed Driver Caught On Camera Hitting Person In Wheelchair, Fleeing In PA: Police An unlicensed Pennsylvania driver was caught on camera hitting a woman crossing the street in a wheelchair and fleeing the crash scene, police say. Chambersburg police were called to the pedestrian accident at the intersection of South Fourth and East Queen streets on Friday, May 13, according to a release by the department.
