Gettysburg Man ID'd After Deadly Crash Into UPS Semi, Utility Pole A 24-year-old man has been identified as the driver who died at Gettysburg Hospital following a serious crash on Thursday, authorities announced over the weekend. Michael Peterson Jr., originally of Hanover, most recently of Gettysburg, died from multiple blunt force trauma following a two-vehicle crash on Thursday, according to the Adam's County coroner's officer.
