SWAT Standoff Ends Peacefully In Honey Brook: Report UPDATE: A SWAT standoff ended peacefully Thursday, April 28 in Honey Brook, Daily Local reports. PA State Police, local police, and the Chester County Emergency Response Team were dispatched, along with EMS, on a report of a barricaded person with a gun on Patton Drive in Lazy Acres mobile home around 9:15 a.m., the outlet says. After several hours of negotiations, the man peacefully surrendered around 3:30 p.m., according to the outlet. No injuries were reported. Route 322 was temporarily closed due to the incident. 3 Charged In Harrisburg SWAT Standoff: Woman Held Captive, Man Pistol Whipped Three people were arrested in a SWAT standoff in which a woman was held captive, a man was pistol whipped and shots were fired, authorities in Harrisburg said. Officers responded to the 2300 block of Walnut Street on reports of shots fired around 10:20 a.m. Sunday, but police could not determine if a shooting had in fact occurred. Around 11 a.m., a woman told county dispatch she was being held captive by a man at a lounge on the 2300 block of Walnut Street, police said.
