Former Eagle Brian Westbrook Bags Groceries At Philly ShopRite Eagles great Brian Westbrook met shoppers and fans alike at a ShopRite grocery store in Philadelphia on Wednesday, Oct. 19.  Westbrook, who played in Philly from 2002 through 2009, helped ShopRite staff bag groceries and made small talk with passersby as part of an effort to raise awareness of food insecurity.  ShopRite has pledged to address hunger and food insecurity in the communities where it does business.  In September, the company pledged to raise $1.5 Million for local hunger-fighting organizations, according to its website.

Drivers Hospitalized In Lehigh Valley 3-Car Crash All three drivers were hospitalized Tuesday night following a triple-car crash in the Lehigh Valley, authorities said. The vehicles collided and one of them landed on its side near ShopRite on Freemansburg Avenue in Bethlehem shortly after 6 p.m., according to the township volunteer fire company. Crews worked to extricate the driver from the overturned vehicle before transporting all three drivers to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries, the department said. Bright Green Fireball Spotted By NJ, PA Residents A bright green fireball lit up the sky on Wednesday night -- just after SpaceX's Crew-3 liftoff, Space.com reports. Nearly 500 people including some from New Jersey and Pennsylvania reported the fireball to the American Meteor Society. The Taurid fireball was visible at 9:12 EST on Nov. 10, just nine minutes after the SpaceX liftoff, the AMS said.
