Lucky PA Resident Wins $150,000 Playing Powerball One lucky Pennsylvania resident won big over the weekend, according to state lottery officials.  The winner, a Columbia County resident who has not yet been identified, matched four out of the five white balls selected in the Saturday, Oct. 29 Powerball drawing to win $150,000 (before taxes), Pennsylvania officials announced.  Officials said that the winning bet was placed at the Quick Shop on Fowlersville Road in Orangeville. Ticket number 00447103 was sold at Turkey Hill on Carlisle Road in Dover (York County). Ticket number 00465074 was sold at Quick Shop on Route 522 in Middleburg (Snyder County). The winning ticket numbers were randomly drawn from among more than 69,800 New Year's Millionaire Raffle ticket numbers sold between Dec. 28, 2021, and Jan. 3, 2022.
