Pennsylvania State Trooper Killed Teacher In Fiery Crash, AG Alleges A Pennsylvania State Police trooper allegedly struck a teacher dead doing an illegal pass on his way home from work, according to Attorney General Michelle Henry. Michael J. Philadelphia Driver Who Killed Teen Mom Was Trying To Flee From Being Assaulted: Police The driver who backed into a 17-year-old girl, killing her, was trying to flee from an assailant outside of a Philadelphia charter school earlier this week, police said. The unidentified driver backed into Saniah Moore outside of Excel Academy South on Wednesday, Sept. 28 around 1:55 p.m., according to city police and Moore's family. Saniah was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center where she was pronounced dead at 2:25 p.m., authorities said. The driver was a student in the school, who police say was arrested and cooperating.
