A former National Football League star was arrested for driving under the influence on Sunday, according to police and court documents. The former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver, Associated Press' NFL Rookie of the Year for 1984 and New Orleans Saints player, Louis Lipps Jr., 59, of Pittsburgh, was arrested on for suspicion of a DUI after a crash Saturday night on Mount Washington, according to police, court documents and his biography.
