Tractor-Trailer Overturns Closing Ramp From Rt. 30 To Rt. 222 In Lancaster, Say Police An overturned tractor-trailer on the ramp for Route 30 to Route 222 in Lancaster County closed the roadway for hours Wednesday morning, say Manheim Township police. The tractor-trailer carrying building supplies was in a single vehicle rollover-- while on the ramp-- around 6:30 a.m., according to police. A tow-truck arrived at the scene around 7:30 a.m., according to dispatch.
