Adams County Man Beheads Sister's Kitten With Sword An Adams County Man is facing animal cruelty charges after he decapitated his sister's kitten using a sword on Saturday, according to Pennsylania State Police. Police responded to an animal cruelty report in the 300 block of South Hickory Lane on Sunday just before 5 p.m. Upon arrival police found the beheaded kitten saying, "the eviscerated [kitten] had injuries consistent with disembowelment." They said it appeared to be a clean cut, exposing the kitten's intestines. Mylo Latour, 21 of York, was arrested for a felony and a misdemeanor change of animal cruelty for allegedly doing this to …
