Mass Casualty: Victims ID'd In Tractor-Trailer V. RV Crash On I-81 (Update) All five people and a dog involved in a tractor-trailer and RV on Interstate 81 late on Wednesday night have died, authorities told Daily Voice.  Pennsylvania State Police and the families have identified the crash victims.
