Criminal Past Revealed About Pennsylvania Man Accused Of Assaulting Ranger On Appalachian Trail UPDATE: David Edward Browne, 27, of Shippensburg, is in Pennsylvania State Police custody as of 10:46 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 25. According to Trooper Frazer he was taken in without further incident following the fires on the Appalachian Trail and the alleged assault of a ranger.  Daily Voice readers claim he was found near Interstate 81. Mass Casualty: Victims ID'd In Tractor-Trailer V. RV Crash On I-81 (Update) All five people and a dog involved in a tractor-trailer and RV on Interstate 81 late on Wednesday night have died, authorities told Daily Voice.  Pennsylvania State Police and the families have identified the crash victims. The family in the RV were: Donald 'Don', Kimberly 'Kim', Miranda, and Dane Molander, and their dog Rue of Middletown, PA.  The family was on their way home from an ATV event when their RV blew out a tire triggering the deadly crash, authorities say.
