Man ID'd Following Rollover Crash On RT 222: Coroner A 60-year-old man from Ephrata died at the scene of a rollover crash along Route 222 on Saturday July 9, authorities say. A deputy Lancaster County coroner came to the crash in West Earl Township at 2 p.m., according to a release by the county's forensic center. Edwin Hayes was pronounced dead at the scene.
