York County Coroner ID's Highway Suicide Victim A York County man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound while driving on Route 30 on Monday, as Daily Voice previously reported. David Pellegrino, 37, of the 200 block of Fleetwood Drive in Red Lion, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, according to the York County Coroner. A father of two, Pellegrino had recently started a job as a Manager of Process Mining at KPMG, according to his Facebook page.
