Child Charged Following Domestic Incident In Central PA: Police A father was hurt and a child has been charged following a domestic violence incident in central Pennsylvania on Oct. 28, police say.  Northern Lancaster County Regional police were called to a domestic violence-related assault report on Twin Brook Road in Warwick Township around 4 p.m. on Friday.  During the investigation it was police determined fifteen-year-old boy "struck his father with a clenched fist causing contusions and visible injury," police stated in a release on Wednesday, Nov. 2.  The father needed medical care but did not require any hospitalization due to th…
