Double Homicide Victims ID'd, PA State Police Say Two people who were killed, in what Pennsylvania State Police believe is a double homicide, have been identified on Thursday, June 15, 2023.  Gloria B. Hardy, 78, and John S. Burdge, 90, both residents of 118390 Route 35 South in Tuscarora Township (Juniata County), were found dead in their home around 11 p.m. on Sunday, June 11, 2023, the police said.  The killings are thought to have happened between 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, and ten minutes prior to the call to the police, according to the release.  The nature of the two victims' deaths is believed to be "in…

Multi-county Manhunt: Shooter, Robber Sought By Pennsylvania State Police An accused robber and shooter in central Pennsylvania is sought by state police in Central Pennsylvania according to multiple police releases.  28-year-old, Adam Douglas Fink of McVeytown allegedly shot someone in the leg in the 5800 block of State Route 522 in Decatur Township on Wednesday, Nov. 9 around 10:15 p.m.  Fink had fled the scene before the police arrived.  The victim was taken to Hershey Medical Center and is currently in stable condition, according to state police.  Fink was last seen in the area of 6th Avenue in McClure— where there is an active search zo…

Fugitive Found In Dauphin County Train Car, Police Say A man who stole items from a dollar store, fled from police only to be found on a train car in another county the next morning, according to Altoona police. Christopher Shane Catich, 26, of Roaring Spring, was arrested by police for a second time in 24-hours on Thursday morning.
