Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate the murder of Caryn Fortino. Fortino, 38, was found dead in a wooded area off of Interstate 81 in Delano Township on May 23, 2003. A tractor-trailer crash caused miles of delays on Interstate 81, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation officials told Daily Voice on Tuesday, April 2. The tractor-trailer rolled over after it crashed at mile marker 93.5 on I-81 northbound at 1 p.m. on April 2, PennDOT spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler explained. A four-door sedan caught fire on Route 222 North shortly before 8 a.m. on Dec. 14, according to a release by West Earl Fire Station 29.
