Grandpa Killed In Head-On Crash Into Tractor-Trailer, PA Police A 69-year-old grandpa died at the scene of a head-on crash on Monday, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Aug. 24, 2023. PA Dad Shot Dead Outside His Home, Coroner Says A Pennsylvania dad has died following a shooting on Thursday, Apr. 14, according to a release by the coroner's office. Michael Denton, 42, of Hanover, was shot in "an altercation with another individual… outside of his home," the York County coroner's office states in the release.
