Man ID'd In Motorcycle Crash Into Teen's Pick-Up By York Rutter's (Update) A coroner and a helicopter were called to the scene of a deadly motorcycle crash in York on Wednesday, authorities told Daily Voice.  Kevin D. Frazier, 64, of Fawn Grove was wearing his helmet while riding his 2022 Ducati Monster motorcycle when he fatally crashed, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.  He was speeding and following a 17-year-old boy's 2024 Chevrolet Silverado too closely in the first block of West Main Street/Route 851 when the boy slowed for passing traffic and Frazier slammed into the rear of his vehicle, PSP detailed in a release.  T…
