McCormack ruled the police were justified in the killing.  Nathaniel Lawrence Liberator, of Carlisle, was shot dead after police attempted to detain him for questioning following a disturbance in the area of the 300 block of C Street at 1:59 p.m. on Jan. 13, as Daily Voice previously reported.
