Elijah Simmons, 19, was charged with aggravated assault while Caresa McFarland, 32, was charged with reckless endangerment, city police said Sunday. The boy suffered a gunshot wound to his head on the 2200 block of North Woodstock Street Saturday, April 30 around 7:15 p.m., police said. He was hospitalized in critical condition.

Woman Hit By Train In Lebanon ID'd: Police The identity of a woman struck by a train on Sunday has been released by police. Tonya Price, 61, of Lebanon, was hit by a train on 7th Street on Mar. 13, according to City police. She was struck while attempting, "to cross the tracks in front of the approaching train traveling westbound," shortly after 12:30 p.m., police say. Seven years ago a teenager was also struck dead by a Norfolk Southern train on 7th Street on Mar. 13, according to police at the time. Drugs, Unlicensed Gun Found During Traffic Stop In York Drugs and an illegal firearm were seized, and an arrest was made during a traffic stop in York over the weekend, according to city police. Patrolmen stopped a vehicle in the 1st block of West Cottage Place at 12:20 a.m. on Sunday. During the stop, officers spotted a passenger in the rear of the vehicle to openly possessing drugs. When the known suspect was removed from the vehicle, a handgun was found at his feet.
