Arrest Details: Mom Moved To NJ Leaving Child Alone In PA Without Heat, Police A Pennsylvania mom who secretly moved to New Jersey and left her child behind has been arrested and has a whole new look, based on information shared with Daily Voice by the prison warden on Tuesday, Jan. 30. Dad Who Left 3-Month-Old Infant Girl At Pennsylvania Walmart Turns Himself In, Police Say A dad has turned himself over to the police in connection with a 3-month-old baby girl who was found at a Walmart in Philadelphia following a "theft in progress," police announced on Friday evening.  Alganon H. Muhammed, 22, originally of Concord Township, Delaware County, PA, most recently of Delaware, according to public records, "surrendered to police on January 26th," PPD stated in a release.
