Woman Recorded Helping Sex Offender Assault Teen: PA State Police A 16-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a man at a cookout, and a recording has surfaced of a woman helping him do it, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.  The teen came to report being assaulted by 38-year-old Ryan Peters at the PSP Carlisle Station on July 3. Peters is a registered sex offender since 2007. He was charged and convicted of Statutory Sexual Assault and Fail to Comply as a Registered Sex Offender in 2009, the police explained and records confirmed.  She had been invited with her mother to a cookout at Peters's home in the 2000…
