Skull Found In PA Pond Was That Of 2004 Attempted Murder Suspect, Officials Say A human skull discovered in an Amity Township pond has been identified as belonging to a missing attempted murder suspect, Berks County prosecutors say.  The skull was found by a child in a body of water near Pine Lane in April 2022, the District Attorney's Office wrote in a release Wednesday, Jan. 31. Two follow-up searches of the pond turned up no other human remains, authorities said.  Investigators believed the skull was that of Roger Hart, a former Pottstown resident who went missing in 2004 after he was charged with trying to kill his wife at their home. Central PA Mom ID'd As RM Palmer Company HR Director Killed In Chocolate Factory Explosion A 49-year-old Ephrata mom has been identified as one of the victims of the RM Palmer Company Chocolate Factory explosion, according to the Berks County Coroner's office. Amy Futer Sandoe, is believed to have died "instantly" as she was leaving the office, according to her family, although the coroner has yet to confirm this. She had been with the company since August 2019 in the Human Resources Department and she had become the director of the department in January 2022, according to her LinkedIn. Former NFL Player Killed In Pennsylvania Bar Shooting Authorities have identified the 32-year-old man slain at a Berks County bar in the early morning hours of Sunday. Oct. 16 as former NFL cornerback Antonio Dennard.  Dennard was shot dead at Legends bar on North 5th Street Highway in Muhlenberg Township just after 3 a.m. Sunday morning, according to the Berks County Coroner's Office and a report by WFMZ. Officials said the official cause of death is pending further examination. Death Toll Rises To 5 In I-78 Crashes, Victims Identified A fifth person has died after two separate crashes Tuesday on I-78 eastbound in Berks County, authorities said. Joshua D. Del Toro, 21, of Reading was pronounced dead at 9:47 p.m. Wednesday at Reading Hospital, the Berks County Coroner's Office said Thursday. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday evening at Reading Hospital.  Del Toro was a front seat passenger in a sedan involved in a chain reaction crash caused by a tractor-trailer that did not slow down for stopped traffic around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at mile marker 18.1 in Upper Tulpehocken Township, Pennsylvania State Police said.…
