Dead Dog Found On Railroad Tracks In Central Pennsylvania, Police Say A dog wearing a pink collar was found dead in Shippensburg on Thursday, March 21, area police announced around 9 a.m.  The dog was described "as a small female Golden Retriever mix dog," the police stated in the release.
