'Long Argument' Ends With Deadly Lebanon Shooting: Police
A “long and ongoing argument” between two men came to its deadly conclusion on Thursday, March 9, 2023, authorities announced the following day.
Jean Ortiz-Rivera, 30, of Lebanon, was in the 900 block of Lehman Street shot just before 5 p.m. and was taken to a Dauphin County hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to area police.
His autopsy is scheduled for Saturday in Lehigh County, Lebanon City police said.
Juan D. Rodriguez, 31, also of Lebanon, was identified as the shooter by both witnesses and surveillance camera footage, according to the police release.
