Local residents jumped into action to aid two workers shocked while replacing a utility pole, in Pennsylvania on Wednesday, Apr. 13, WPXI reports.

The Duquesne Light employees were shocked near McCandless and Allison Park area— plunging 868 customers of homes into darkness, the outlet reports citing Duquesne Light.

The status and condition of the two employees has not been released.
