It all started when state police attempted a traffic stop in the area of Dunkle and Greenwood streets around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Mar. 8, the police release states.

Courtney Jamiel Buckner, 36, of Harrisburg, fled the scene in her 2016 Honda Civic, according to the release.

The police pursued her for "several minutes" but cut the chase short due to Buckner's "high rate of speed and reckless driving," as written in the police release.

Buckner has been charged with 31 minor traffic violations, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, and driving while BAC .02 or greater while her license was suspended, according to court documents.

She has a history of driving under the influence or while on drugs, disorderly conduct, and numerous traffic offenses, court records show.

Anyone with information on Buckner’s location is asked to contact Trooper Phil Pronick at PSP Harrisburg (717) 671-7500.
