Central PA Man Caught With Child Porn After Cybertip: Police A 33-year-old Mount Joy man was found with child porn after police received a Cybertip, authorities say.  Zachary Kump's home and electronic devices were searched by the Lancaster County Computer Crimes Task Force after police received the Cybertip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children on Aug. 9, according to a release by the Ephrata police on Sept. 13. Investigators found 25 illegal images on electronics owned by Kump. At the time of the tip, Kump was a resident of Ephrata.
