Caidon Fowlkes, 16, Charged As Adult In Turkey Hill Robbery
A 16-year-old from Red Lion is facing adult charges after an armed robbery at a Turkey Hill convenience store in York County, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday, Dec. 18.
Caidon Fowlkes allegedly entered the store at 346 W. Broadway in Red Lion Borough just after 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2024, brandished a firearm, and demanded cash from the register, according to Pennsylvania State Police. He fled with $214, authorities said.

Eric Legore, 51, of the 9600 block of Orchard Road in Jackson Township, was hit at 191 South Water Street near West Church Street, Spring Grove Borough at 2:21 p.m., according to the York County coroner’s office. The area has a crosswalk, as seen on Google Maps Street View.

Shawntay Handy, 49, T Kwon Banks, 20, and Tyjyre Stern, 18, were arrested on warrants on Tuesday, Aug. 27, the YCRPD explained.

A 16-year-old boy, who was an only child, was struck dead by a Norfolk Southern train on Sunday night, Aug. 11, authorities said.
Walter Muzyk of the 700 block of York Street in East Manchester Township, Mount Wolf, "intentionally placed himself in the path of the Norfolk Southern train around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, 8/11/2024, at which time the train struck him accidentally, causing his death," as stated in the coroner's release.
