Man, 21, Struck Dead In Lancaster, Say State Police A pedestrian was killed crossing Willow Street Pike in Lancaster County, say area police. Joshua J. Ober, 21 of Willow Street, was struck dead crossing Willow Street Pike South in Pequea Township around 2:15 a.m., according to the police. Ober was hit by a Dodge operated by Hernan Hernandez-Garcia who was traveling with Julio Cruz Rodriguez, both 20 of Lancaster. No charges have been filed. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
