Holihan announced on Thursday, Sept. 26. Adouloh, 42, of Allentown, was convicted of Homicide and Aggravated Assault; all felonies of the first degree Friday, on May 31, 2024, after a trial before Judge Robert L. Steinberg. Murder Charge For PA Man After 'Intentional' Hit-Run: DA Whitehall man Rajgion Davis was charged Thursday, Sept. 26 with Criminal Homicide for the Friday, Aug. 9 murder of Stephen Fistner, a pedestrian who Davis intentionally struck with his car, according to authorities. Along with the Criminal Homicide charge, 55-year-old Davis is also charged with two counts of Attempted Murder and two counts each of Aggravated Assault relating to other pedestrians endangered in the incident, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office. 'Unwanted Kissing' PA BOE Member Has Harassment Charge Dropped: Report A school board member and real estate agent in the Lehigh Valley will have a harassment charge dropped after the charging officer and alleged victim failed to show up to court, WFMZ reports. A school board member for the Whitehall-Coplay School District, Fady Salloum, 42, was charged in June with kissing a victim "unwantedly" at a property in Whitehall, the outlet says.   The charge was dropped on Monday, Sept. 19, court records show. Soliel Ditren, 15, was last seen near the 1800 block of Viola Lane in Hellertown around 12:30 a.m. Monday, Lower Saucon Township police said. Ditren is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black pajama pants with “YODA” on them, along with a pink shirt and brown UGG boots. Warrant Issued For Man Wanted In Allentown Shooting Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man they say is the primary suspect in an Allentown shooting that left a man injured over the weekend, authorities said. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North Maxwell Street on reports of a shooting where they found a man with serious injuries around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Allentown police said.
