Child Arrested On His Way To School With Gun In PA, Police Say A 14-year-old boy was arrested on his way to school with a gun, according to police. The unnamed William Penn high school student was spotted hiding a firearm in the 200 block of West Princess Street before going to school on Wednesday, Mar. 30, York City police state in a release. He was seen by York City detectives, who were in the area as part of increased surveillance details around school campuses following a spike in violence in the city.
